Funds never land in an Axle account. There isn't one.

Does Axle ever hold my money?
No. Every payment is a direct wallet-to-wallet transfer on-chain. Axle only reads the chain to confirm it happened — there is no Axle balance, no payout step, nothing to withdraw.
What do my customers need?
A browser wallet — MetaMask today — and real ETH, USDC, or USDT. Direct-wallet payments suit crypto-native audiences; they are not a card replacement for a general storefront.
Is this production-ready?
Yes — Axle runs on Ethereum mainnet and real value moves. We're still in an early, deliberately limited rollout (a hard per-payment cap and a merchant allowlist while we build up a real track record), widening as that goes well.
